Here it is my fellow assholes!

Done, I'm back up and blogging.

I have been deliberating whether or not to blog again and I guess all signs pointed to 'yes'.  

Hope this will cure my pathetic lack of sleep and constant delusional dreams of zombies and dolphins as I lie there with my eyes wide shut.
